Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package status in real time via the link provided in the email.

Delivery Times


Delivery timelines vary by region and shipping method:

  • United States
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Canada
    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days


Note: Remote areas in both countries may experience a 1–2 day delay due to limited logistics coverage. Logistics are operating normally under regular circumstances.

Shipping Fees


  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $59 (USD) in the US and $79 (CAD) in Canada.
  • For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply:
    • US Orders: $6.99 (USD)
    • Canada Orders: $8.99 (CAD)

  • Express shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight and delivery address at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (Canada Only)


Applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and displayed at checkout for Canadian orders. The customer is responsible for covering these additional costs.
